ABOUT
Dr. David Jacobson
Hi! No use in writing a bio in 3rd person. Here I am. That's me up there with my family.
My wife, Sam, and I set out to reach one goal with our office in Saratoga Springs, Utah: to build an office where we would want our kids to be patients. We want the entire family to feel welcome and even excited to be at the dentist!

When your children enter our special tiny door and walk into our waiting room, they'll be greeted by an interactive projected floor (found in Children's Museums), interactive sensory boards for toddlers and arcade games for the bigger kids. Our hope is your family will want to stay longer - and you are always welcome!
I strive to run my schedule on time because I am a parent; I have been in your shoes a dozen times. I will treat your child just like I would one of my own. I love to get down on a child's level and help ease any fears by explaining what I am going to be doing. Kids love to see my instruments and check out their smile in my tiny mirror.
I believe if children can learn to enjoy their dental experience at a young age, they will be more conscientious about their own oral hygiene and can avoid dental anxiety the rest of their lives.
I have been practicing dentistry for 12 years. I attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Texas and completed my residency at the University of Minnesota. I served a mission in Wisconsin where I learned the Hmong language and loved experiencing the Hmong culture for two years. When not busy with life I like to relax by playing board games, watching movies (especially Star Wars or Marvel movies) and, most importantly, playing pickle ball.

My wife and I love Saratoga Springs. Because of schooling and my six years of military service, we have had the opportunity to live all over the country, and we can honestly say Saratoga Springs, Utah is the absolute best place to live.
And if you've read this far, please accept a whole-hearted, "hello!" from your friendly, neighborhood Pediatric Dentist.
